13.1.3.5 dns-server
dhcp-pool-mode
Sets the DNS server’s IP address available to all DHCP clients connected to the DHCP pool. Use the no dns-
server command to remove the DNS server list.
Supported in the following platforms:
• RFS7000
• RFS6000
• RFS4000
• AP71xx
• AP650
• AP6511
• AP6532

Usage Guidelines
For DHCP clients, the DNS server’s IP address maps the host name to an IP address. DHCP clients use the
DNS server’s IP address based on the order (sequence) configured.
Example
rfs7000-37FABE(config-dhcp-policy-test-pool-pool1)#dns-server 172.16.10.7

<A.B.C.D> Configures the DNS server’s IP address
