2. 4. 10. THE TOOLBAR
If you have a mouse you can use the Toolbar for quick access to commonly used commands. When
you first start the RSS, the Toolbar is displayed just below the menu bar.
To display or hide the Toolbar, select View/Change from the Main menu and check Toolbar.
When the pointer is located on the bottom edge of each toolbar button, the button’s name appears
underneath it. At the same time, the Help prompt on the Status line is updated.

The following table describes the default buttons that appear on the Toolbar.
Click To
New Create a new radio parameter data base, according to the present
mode (Basic/Enhanced).
Open Open an existing radio parameter file. The RSS displays the Open
dialog box, where you can locate and open the file you want.
Information Display information on the radio parameter file.
Enhanced To toggle between basic and enhanced radio configuration.
Save Save the active radio parameter data base with its current name. If
you have not named the data base, the RSS displays the Save As
dialog box for you to do so.
Print Print the current loaded radio parameters.
Read Device Load parameters from the radio. If you’re working in technician
mode (see Preferences Setting), the RSS will display the Read Device
dialog box, where you can select the parameters you want to read
from the radio.
