Motorola Binary Format
Request 12 Channel Position/Status/Data Message:
@@HarC<CR><LF>
where:
r = Output Rate 0x00 = output response message
once (polled)
0x01 .. 0xFF = response message output at indicated
rate:
0x01 = once per second
0x02 = once every two seconds

0xFF = once every 255 seconds
C = checksum
Message length: 8 bytes
Response to above command.
