Symptom Possible Cause Action
MCL Link/Designer is not
communicating with device.
MCL application is not setup to use
MCL Link.
Use MCL menu and launch MCL Wait command.
USB driver is not installed. Install drivers from product Web site.
USB driver cannot open. Previous application has virtual COM port open.
Close the virtual COM port.
Device not paired to STB2078 cradle. Pair device to cradle.
