notification table.
1. Specify the first
octet-string, which
specifies the notification
name.
2. Specify the second
octet-string, which
specifies the notification
tag.
3. Choose whether the
notification messages
sent to the host is a trap
or inform.
4. Choose whether the
message is stored in
nonvolitile and volitile.
5. Set the RowStatus to
active or not-in-service.
