distributorofMotorolaProductsandaccompaniedin-boxbythiswrittenLimitedWarranty.This

LimitedWarrantyispersonaltoyouandnottransferable.ClaimsunderthisLimitedWarrantymay

onlybemadeinthecountryofpurchase.If,followingarepair,therearefewerthan90days

remainingintheWarrantyPeriod,theWarrantyPeriodwillbeextendedtoend90daysfromthe
