48 - Calling Features

Transferring a Call

While you are on a call, you can transfer the call to another phone by first talking

to the person who answers the other phone, or by directly transferring the call.

Announcing the Call Transfer

Find the Feature

> Hold

1 Enter the phone number where you are transferring the call.

2 Press

to dial the phone number.

Speak to the person who answers the target phone.

3 Press

to open the menu.

4 Press

and scroll to Transfer.

5 Press SELECT (

) and select Transfer.

6 Press OK (

) to confirm the transfer.

Your phone displays the message Transfer: Complete when it

transfers. You can hang up the phone when you see this message.
