3.6 FIRMWAREUPGRADES
Firmware upgrades are periodically made available to enhance performance or to add
features and functionality to the Canopy T1/E1 Multiplexer.
Procedure 29: Upgrading firmware
To install new firmware on a Canopy T1/E1 Multiplexer, perform the following steps.
1. Close any other applications that are active on the PC.
2. From the main menu of the EMS, select ConfigSoftware Upgrade (shown in
Figure 15 on Page 33).
RESULT: The System Upgrade window opens, as shown in Figure 24.
